Hatha Yoga
The original slow yoga. Hold, breathe, soften — and feel years of desk-time unwind.
Book a SpotWhat happens in this class
An hour of foundational postures held for five to eight breaths each: standing balances, gentle backbends, hip openers, twists, and a long guided relaxation. The teacher demonstrates every shape, walks the room adjusting, and explains the why behind each pose.
If you have never done yoga, start here. If you have done it for years, come refine the details you have been rushing past. Either way you will leave taller, looser, and noticeably calmer.
What's Included:
- Foundational postures, clearly taught
- Hands-on alignment guidance
- Blocks, straps & bolsters provided
- Ten-minute guided relaxation
