About Us

Yoga for Every Body

A neighborhood studio where beginners feel at home, regulars keep growing, and nobody takes themselves too seriously.

Our Story

A small studio with a steady heart

Mossline Yoga House opened in 2019 with six mats, one secondhand speaker, and a belief that yoga works best without mirrors, competition, or Sanskrit pop quizzes.

Six years later we teach more than forty classes a week — sunrise flows, lunch-hour resets, candlelit evenings, and quiet Sunday meditation. The room got bigger. The idea never changed: show up as you are, breathe, move, leave a little lighter.

What We Believe

Three things we practice daily

Kindness first

Every class offers options for every body. Sore knees, stiff backs, racing minds — all welcome, all accommodated.

Real expertise

Every guide holds a 500-hour certification plus first-aid training, and assistants adjust — never push — your alignment.

Room to breathe

Capped class sizes, warm light, and phones left at the door. The studio is the quietest hour of your day by design.
